45 ° Cutted Beveled Edge canvas frame Profile is 1.1"deep x 1.6" witdth( deep 28mm x width 40.5mm). This one is an gallery wrapped frame which is good for the gallery artist canvas stretching , photo canvas prints . .Beveled Edge even does not have round arc , but the edge is very smooth and slid , this one is a specially moulding with a special round edage which will not have any canvas crack when you stretching , not like factory producing in China , the beveled profile is very sharp on the edge , this will leading to results , one is that the canvas will be crack , another one is that there will be one white line on the edge of canvas after stretching . If you choose our beveled edge stretcher bar you will never need to worry about this . 45 ° Cutted will make the frame assembling much easier and faster . All of our stretcher bar and assembled canvas frame are made of first quality precision-cut kiln dried pine. They have a uniform beaded edge for forming a perfect painting support. The notched edges fit all brands . TWe recommend use of our Standard design stretcher bars CROSS BRACES for Stretcher strips over 30", to maintain frame strength. The CROSS BRACES are sold only with stretcher strip orders. If you make an order andneed braces,please let us know the overall frame size, and we will suggest specifications for braces.
The stretcher CROSS BRACES slide easily into the gallery wrap Stretcher Frame for a solid fit and are sold only with stretcher strip orders. For sizes longer than 30" will need brace bars which will provide better strength and stability. We will give recomendations that if you need a single or cross braces according to the size of the overall canvas frame and
