Daily Group is a professional manufacturer specializing in Pine Stretcher bars, with more than 15 years of production experience. We are proud to be one of the earliest manufacturers of Pine Stretcher bars in China, and since the beginning, quality has always been our core value.

We are confident to say that we have never lost a customer due to quality issues. This confidence comes from our long-standing manufacturing background and strict quality standards. Our founder previously worked in furniture manufacturing before entering the stretcher bar industry, and from the start, our products have been manufactured according to furniture-grade standards, not low-end framing standards.

For stretcher bars, straightness and surface smoothness are the two most critical quality factors. Any bending or warping makes a frame unusable. This bending issue is the key challenge in the industry, and in China, only a very limited number of factories are capable of producing consistently straight, stable, and reliable stretcher bars.

Our current production manager also comes from a furniture manufacturing background and has over 20 years of experience in production management. He independently developed our automatic tongue-and-groove cutting machines, allowing us to manufacture stretcher bars designed specifically for automatic frame assembling systems. All production strictly follows technical drawings, with tight dimensional tolerances controlled throughout the process. If a stretcher bar does not meet quality requirements, it cannot be used on automated equipment.

Daily Group currently employs approximately 100 skilled workers, of whom over 30% have more than 8 years of experience and around 40% have more than 5 years of experience. Even newly hired staff are well trained and capable of maintaining consistent production quality.

Quality control is implemented throughout the entire process, starting from raw material inspection to mass production. All production photos we provide are taken directly from our own workshops, allowing customers to clearly see our real manufacturing environment and quality standards.

We do not aim for one-time transactions. Our goal is to build long-term, stable business partnerships. Many of our customers have worked with us for more than 10 years, which we believe is the strongest proof of our product quality and reliability.
